In alien-occupied feudal Japan, Gintoki and his two assistants at his Odd Job Agency will take on the oddest of jobs just to be employed, regardless of how weird the jobs are or how they must swallow their pride doing certain ones. However, these jobs pay them little for the risk to life and limb that they have to constantly endure.
